Very large calibre artillery projectile. 31 ¼ inches long, 172mm diameter. Stamped into projectile is the maker number 3264 with what appears to be a Crown over M, stamped 3 times on rings as shown in photo. Also marked GwK and IV .18. This marking would be consistent with the German WW2 17cm Kanone 18, making it a very rare item indeed. Does not have nose fuze but there is a hold in the point showing the interior is empty.
